The apartment was easy to find and easily accessible. I hadn't had breakfast, so the welcome pack was a bonus. I also got British cheddar and bacon as an extra, which was great. Nothing I didn't like except some bawling kids around near the gate when I arrived, but that could happen anywhere |

Nice expansive apartment and expansive views of coast and also woodland - felt I could breath after the city. Very tranquil and peaceful. Cosy atmosphere made me fall asleep when I should have been on the move |

Excellent location, great flat/apartment 10 out of 10 Everything you could wish for in a holiday apartment, clean, spacious and well equipped. the apartment and complex was first class and we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this holiday apartment and we would book the apartment next time we are in Balchik |

The holiday was fabulous. The Apartment is beautiful and had everything you could need or wish for. The pool was great and ideal for cooling down during the lovely weather. The locals were lovely and so friendly.This was our perfect holiday, peaceful and relaxing, a sun bed, a pool, the odd beer or wine, what more could anybody ask for. We will be going back. Exactly What It Says On The Tin The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We stayed here for 13 nights with our 2 small children. The apartment is very convenient for public transportation and within walking distance of the Botanical Gardens... There are tons of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We found the owner, George, to be extremely helpful; providing maps and information prior to our arrival and then available for questions during our stay. We found this added to our comfort and enjoyment of Balchik and Bulgaria as a whole. The best is the proximity of the sand beach (just 500m away) We would highly recommend this apartment. Diana |

We stayed in this beautiful Balchik apartment for 14 days in June this year. The owner George was really great, and the apartment was ideal for us. There is a great view from the balcony, and the apartment was clean and well equipped. It is about a 20 minute walk to the old town (but you can catch a bus nearby), and there is quite a hill up to the apartment from the beach, so if you have difficulty with hills this may be a bit difficult for you. We really enjoyed our stay. |

| Message | A really nice and wonderful Apartment, I was there in August and September 2012 and it was clean, near to the sea and one of the best buildings in Balchik. It's new and you have Lift, Air-conditioning, Internet, TV and an owner of the Apartment who gives you good support. So, all that you can need. Perfect. | ||||||
