Hi Kevin The villa was beautiful and everything we could have imagined. The games room was a big hit with the kids. The house is so beautifully laid out and decorated that we are thinking of building a new house with the same layout as your home!! Everyone having their own bathroom was a major plus, the bedrooms were roomy, clean and the beds were so comfortable, everything you promise in your brochure is exactly the way it was. Having being going to Florida for the last 10 years I can safely say I have stayed in many different villas ranging in quality and price. This has been by far the most comfortable and elegantly finished villa we have ever stayed in. The house is well laid out the décor and the beautiful finishing touches clearly show the care and attention to detail taken by the owners. The villa is well situated on a lovely plot which looks out onto a nature reserve which is not only private but gives a feeling of being away from the hustle and bustle and enjoying some much need peace after sightseeing. A huge plus to this villa is the games room which is carpeted and has seating which can be used by all the family comfortably. The pictures do not in anyway prepare you for the villa to which you open the door on when you arrive and i really cannot recommend it enough. We will be back, hopefully next year. Hi Kevin & Sue We have just returned back to the UK after spending 2 weeks during May 12 at your wonderful villa and are already missing it. It had everything that we needed to make our holiday more relaxing. All rooms are been furnished to a very high standard and would we would highly recommend your villa to any family that is looking to rent something special. We enjoyed your Pool and Jacuzzi which was very peaceful overlooking the nature conservation at the rear and a real sun trap. We could easily get to all of the Disney Parks within 10/15 minutes and had had local shops and supermarket within 3 minutes drive of your villa. We are already looking forward to our next trip back to Orlando and hope that your villa will be free for us to rent again? Many Thanks Richard & Hayley |

Hi Kevin & Sue, My fiancé and I spent a week at this villa in May 2012. The location of the villa is ideal, situated off the I-4, the main artery criss-crossing Orlando. This means that everything felt close by; the airport is easy to get to. Disney world is about 15 minutes away, there's plenty of local restaurants and there is a local Publix supermarket just around the corner. The villa is in 'as new' immaculate condition and has all you need from a home away from home. The games room is great fun, with a solid good size pool table. The area feels safe, being within a gated community and it's quiet, backing onto a conservation area. We enjoyed drinks by the swimming pool late in the evening, which benefited from being south facing. We'd not hesitate to come back to this lovely villa. Kind regards, Graeme |

Dear Kevin, RE: Florida Holiday – Sunset Villa - April 2012 I am writing following our recent return to the United Kingdom following our visit to Florida during the period 10 April to 24 April 2012. The family and I had a fantastic time and central to this was our stay at your beautiful Villa with its fantastic facilities. All the rooms were beautifully decorated whilst the living areas were spacious and luxuriously appointed. The large pool area and Jacuzzi were also greatly appreciated after our long days at the Disney and Universal Parks which were all within 15 to 25 minutes from the Villa and avoided the dreaded Highway 192. Please also pass on my thanks to Richard at your local Property Management Company who was always very helpful and courteous on those odd occasions when we sought advice. I would certainly recommend your Villa to any family planning a holiday in Florida. For our part we hope to be able to return to Florida in the near future and hope that your Villa will be available at that time. Thank you once again from all of us.
