We were pleasently suprised to walk in and find such a nice appartment, modern, cosy, well decorated, nice and spaceous. The grounds were kept immaculate, but the only downside was that a dog had messed on the grass just outside our appartment and it literally sat there for the whole week, not a pleasent sight to look at each time we left the appartment, even though the gardeners had come round and cut the grass, it still sat there. But overall a lovely place to stay in and i would definately recommend to friends and family

This property exceeded my expectations it has everything you would want as a family or a single traveller like me, very comfortable and very clean with all the household gadgets including a dishwasher, close to shops and restuarants serving every variety of food, the grounds of this complex are very beautiful with lots of water fountains and constantly cared for by the gardeners, I arrived before Christmas and the weather was great, lovely and sunny and very warm, One of the beach cafes was open over the xmas time and you could sit out on the beach with a drink and have a meal, although not a swimmer the five pools looked excellent, clean and very inviting two of the pools were heated

The apartment was spacious and well appointed, a pleasure to stay in. We really appreciated the central heating as this winter has been unusually chilly. We made good use of the sheltered roof terrace - sunbathing in February, cant beat it! Even so early in the year the gardens were lovely. We were only sorry it wasnt warm enough to swim in one of the beautiful pools."

The apartment was very spacious for a 2 bedroom rental with plenty of room for all. The kitchen was a very good size and well equipped, and the living room was very comfortable. The master bedroom was huge and spacious with lots of storage and hangers in the wardrobe! Both bathrooms we ample in size. Due to the extreme / bad weather with constant rain that caused flood conditions in the area we did not get a chance to use the terrace off the lounge, this did look very good and in better weather would be lovely. We did use the roof terrace a couple of times which gives panoramic views and afternoon sun. Unfortunately, the tennis courts were flooded and unplayable even when the rain stopped, and we had to go elsewhere to play tennis. Most disappointing of all, for my 11yr old son was the fact that the heated swimming pool just in front of the apartment ( and the reason we booked to stay here in Decemeber ) was drained of water and had some work taking place on it. We had not been advised prior to our arrival that this pool would be out of action, so it was a shock and major disappointment to all of us. In summertime I can imagine that this will be a great place to stay, it has good unheated swimming pools, and the tennis/paddle facilities looked good, it is close to the beach and there are a couple of beach bars aslo. There are plenty of restaurants on both sides of the major A7 road which are well within walking distance, which offer a large variety of different food choices

Hello Richard and Christine Sorry to read that you had an accident in Spain and hope you are on the mend Richard. We had a lovely week in the apartment it is really spacious and cool isn’t it.Just right for the hot weather. The grounds are superb, especially the fountains. It was 26 degrees while we were there and blue sky all the way. We really enjoyed the swimming pools and also swam in the sea at Estepona and the local beach. We didn’t hire a car, so used public transport which was easy and cheap. We went to Ronda for the day and San Pedro which also had a great beach. We really found it cold when we arrived back home.I suppose Spring is on the way in NZ?but we have the winter approaching. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to visit that part of the Costa for the first time. All Best Wishes to you Both Bryan and Diana Goodall

Hi Richard,
Just a short note to thank you sincerely for enabling Mary, myself and my 2 kids to visit & stay in your Apartment In El Presidente!.
We were there for one week (in July) having availed of a booking via Dial an Exchange.
It was a gorgeous week in very comfortable surroundings.
My family loved the location, our fellow residents and the exceptional spacious apartment.
We were very grateful to you that we were able to avail of this luxurious 2 bedroomed property.
We ourselves have a 3 bedroomed holiday home in Dingle, Co Kerry, Ireland.
If per chance you were thinking of ever travelling to holiday in Ireland, we would love to offer you our second home...We would be flexible on dates!!
Our family would love to have an opportunity of staying in your El Presidente apartment for a second time in 2011 (July??) Would this be possible?
I look forward to hearing from you
Kind regards
Peter
