The owner and Andy from the management company were very helpful and did ever thing we asked and more. Beds are really comfy a home from home. Lots of wildlife in the back of the villa including the armadillo and racoon. Thanks for making the holiday the best. It was a pleasure to be greeted with a welcome basket and the wine was very welcome after the journey. The rooms are incredible and very spacious. Kitchen is great all you could possibly need. The children loved the games room (as well as the adults) and having fans in it kept the room lovely and cool. Air con through out the villa very nice after a hot day out. The swimming pool and Hot Tub were a complete dream to use. It felt as we were being thoroughly spoilt staying in the villa. We have previously stayed near I drive and were concerned if travelling to the parks would be a tedious journey, but no, its a great location and so easy to access all parks. The property manager Andy was very helpful and gave us advice on close areas to eat etc. great advice to go to Rolling Oaks, good value and choice. Steve stayed in touch while we were away, communication throughout the whole booking process and holiday is amazing. We used the Car on the Drive facility as advised by Steve, wish we had known about this on previous visits, its brilliant and the gentleman who took us to and from the airport was incredibly helpful with tips on what else to do and how to get to various locations easier. Would without doubt recommend the villa and would love to stay again, would not stay any where else. Thank you for a great time. The quality of the villa is excellent all the rooms are vey spacious and well furnished the beds are very comfortable. It was great for our grown up family. Everything we needed was provided the tom tom (sat nav) was invaluable. The location of the villa is very good for visiting all the major attractions which take between 15 and 30 minutes to reach. The supermarket is only a few minutes away by car. Steve and Sue couldn't have been more helpful giving us contact details for car hire, attraction tickets etc. and answering any questions prior to us leaving and during our stay.Thank you both. Andy the manager was also very helpful. Only one problem we weren't there long enough we could have easily have stayed there longer to enjoy the beautiful pool and hot tub. Wonderful holiday hope we can use this villa in the not too distant future.Thank You for sharing your lovely home with us. The pictures were true to the house. The kids enjoyed the game room especially the air hockey table. It was nice to have a variety of chairs available outside by the pool. We loved the hot tub. Everything in the house met our expectations. All your amenities and utensils were as specified. I wish only that we had access to a gas grill. We hope to be returning in 2014. We had ten in our group and we had more than enough space for everybody. The amenities that are offered are great and everything you need is pretty much provided by the owner. With five kids with us the game room was a big plus and also the PS3 was great as well. The home is decorated with a lot of class and style along with all the technology and entertainment you would have at your own house. We were very pleased with our stay and would recommend staying here to a family or even two families. Steven the owner is great and very helpful and was in contact during the booking and also during our stay. He made sure that we got to the house safely and made sure we had everything we needed. The quality of the villa is of a very high standard all the rooms are very well finished. Everything you could possibly need is supplied (even a Sat Nav), the games room was very popular with my family. Pool and deck were super (soon to be even better I understand) Excellent communications with the Villa owners Steve and Sue. I can not think of anything that could have been better! Good local shops and food outlets, and easy access to all the local attractions via the I-4. Disney only 15 minutes drive away. Overall a great experience and I would strongly recomend this Villa. We were unable to enjoy the pool due to the rainy weather, but overall beautiful place to stay. Also it was not far from the theme parks and local stores.
