| Message | We have just spent 2 weeks in the ground floor "Kent" apartment, very spacious, everything supplied in the apartment is of a high standard. The El Presidente complex is excellent and you are not far away from anything you need on holiday. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday and it is also good for young children, plenty of play parks in the area. | ||||||

We have just spent one of our best holiday months in the “Madrono” apartment in El Presidente. Peter and Sylvia are delightful people and very good hosts. The site is fantastic, the condo is well equipped, the gardens are magnificent and well maintained. We found this place on this site, and we must confess that reality exceeded our expectations. Without any hesitation we can recommend the “Madrono” apartment and we shall definitely go back. Thank you Peter and Sylvia for your hospitality. Robert and Christiane, Val David, Quebec, Canada. |

The apartment was lovely and really well maintained with everything you need. The pools in the complex are very nice with a lot to choose from. El Presidente is quiet and relaxing but benefits from being close to a wide range of restaurants within a few minutes walk. The surrounding areas including Puerto Banus, Marbella and Ronda are well worth a visit and again the location of El Presidente makes it an ideal base for seeing the area. I will definitely be back! |

Bonjour à tous, Nous sommes partis chez Peter et Sylvia début septembre, et nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour. Tout d'abord, ces personnes sont des gens charmants et très accueillants. Concernant l'appartement et la résidence, rien à redire, tout était parfait! La résidence était magnifique avec ses 5 piscines et ses allées arborées! Les piscines sont propres et la résidence très bien entretenue (des jardinier étaient là tout les jours). L'appartement était vraiment génial! Spatieux, très bien décoré, bien équipé, propre… et au bout du petit jardin privatif un accès à la plus grande piscine de la résidence! Je vous recommande donc cette location qui est vraiment superbe! |

| Message | We had a great time at El Presidente in late September 2008. The ground floor Yolanda apartment wss just like a home from home, and it was in a great location just beside the main pool. Peter and Sylvia were very friendly and we took up their restaurant recommendations which were spot on. We would definintely go back for a very relaxing holiday. | ||||||

Our recent most enjoyable holiday commenced with a warm welcome by Peter and Sylvia. The apartment (Kent) was 1st class in every respect and totally in line with the website description. We appreciated the recommendation of the many eating places, all of which were new to us, and we were never disappointed. Peter's introduction to the car hire company was also a great success. Good vehicle and price, plus VIP service. There is no hesitation in recommending the El Presidente apartments to both family and friends. No doubt we will be in touch again for future golfing holidays. |

| Message | We have just returned from a most relaxing and enjoyable week in "Yolanda" a ground floor apartment owned by Peter and Sylvia Chatland. We found it to be exactly as described on the website, beautifully clean, fully equipped, with very attractive and comfortable furnishings/bed. Peter met us in person despite our late arrival (10.30 pm) with a warm welcome and a quick familiarisation with the apartment. In the morning we could not believe how beautiful the grounds were. Fabulous gardens, fountains and a choice of swimming pools. Peace and tranquility prevailed, unless we decided to drive the 10 minute journey into Marbella or even nearer Puerto Banus. Excellent restaurants within walking distance if you don't want to drive. Great situation for all age groups. Anyone wishing to hire a car should definitely take up Peter's offer to organise this and take advantage of the VIP service, excellent rates (cheaper than we could get it online) plus an upgrade. Our 4th Visit to one of Peter & Sylvias apartments at El Presidente. Recently renovated, the 1st floor "Madrono" apartment we had for the first week of April this year was the best we've had. The Chatlands are always friendly (our children and theirs play together some evenings) and attentive adding the personal touch to out stay. We'll be back at El Presidente again in 2009! |
