All the parks are about 4 to 6 miles away and 10 to 15 minutes drive. The villa has large space, many equipments and appliances for cooking, resting and relaxing. Our family and partners have spent a happy vacation at Orlando. Everything you need is within a short drive. Great restaurants Olive Garden, Longhorn are very close as are all the major supermarkets for days when you don't feel like eating out. Best Florida Villa we have stayed at. Before booking the villa, I spent a lot of time reviewing properties online, checking pictures and locations. Looking back, I am not sure whether we simply got lucky or whether the standard of villas in Orlando is just very high. Anyway, booking the property was easy, the owners emailing straight back when I asked some questions. We arrived late in the evening and went for a swim in the pool straight away. The property has a good sized pool, fine for swimming short lengths but even better for the kids to play in. The property had everything we needed and is located close to the Disney parks. There are supermarkets and restaurants a couple of miles from the property which is itself in a quiet gated community. It was a perfect base for our trips to all the parks but also allowed us to chill for a couple of days. 3 November 2014 Date  23-08-2014 Rating  Name  Lee Round Message  “IDEAL VILLA” Our 3rd visit to Florida with my extended family of 4 adults & 4 children aged 10-17. We have always stayed at the villa for its excellent location to the Disney parks, it is spacious and comfortably holds large groups. The pool is ideal for families of all ages to enjoy after a day in the sun and the surrounding patio area is relaxing. Plenty of restaurants and supermarket on your doorstep so can cater for all your needs to suit any budget. We think the villa is well maintained and offers excellent value for money. With Animal Kingdom being only 10 minutes away and no Disney, Universal or Seaworld park being more than 25 minutes away it is an ideal location for the them park visitor. There are numerous restaurants and shops on the doorstep suitable for all budgets and pallets. The villa itself is delightful with the pool being an attraction to all the family. House has everything you need for a family vacation. House is clean and well maintained and equipped. Restaurants, shops, etc. are in close vicinity. Has a nice pool, but unfortunately we had no time to use it as we were to busy at Disney Parks and shopping. Maybe next time! Directions to home provided by owners were very accurate and helpful. We would highly recommend this house to friends and family for a Disney vacation. We would also rent it again in case we visit Orlando in the future. Close to shopping and restaurants available on popular Hwy 192/ Irlo Bronson. It has all the comforts of home without having to pack them and is equipped with new appliances and furniture. The pool is screened and a great place to relax or play in the sunshine. We look forward to returning year after year. It is our home away from home. We had a fantastic holiday in Graham and Heather's villa! The location is spot-on for Disney, we were into the WDW area within 10 minutes and getting to Universal/Seaworld was easy. It was the perfect size for us - 2 adults, 1 teen and a "tween". The pool was lovely and the living space suited us down to the ground. We ate in a lot, and the open plan kitchen/living/dining layout meant no one felt left out while they cooked. We could see right out to the pool. We also did boring things like washing - the villa is well equipped for all of that. Loved having a dishwasher! Graham was very helpful and responded very quickly to my e-mails! We certainly recommend Sunshine Villa to others. Date  04-01-2014 Rating  Name  A Happy Customer Message  "A wonderful place to stay for a vacation" We recently stayed in this very nice house for our Christmas vacation. The house is very clean and comfortable. It is in a nice gated community which is conveniently located. The heated pool is a plus.
