Reviews of Executive 4 Bedroom Town Home with Lakeview Near Disney (6137) Date  24-02-2012 Rating  Name  Cathie and Rick Brereton Message  When we planned our family vacation to Orlando theme parks for 4 adults and 1 pre-teen we searched many sites for places that would suit our needs and decided to stay at Coral Cay. This is a gated community with many features as well as close proximity to all attractions and easy access to stores and restaurants. We were very pleased with our choice. Coral Cay is a very clean, quiet community with many features for family fun and relaxation. When we entered the Townhouse it was our "home away from home" and we were extremely pleased. The home felt like a home and we felt welcome. It was comfortable, clean and had lots of room for our family. Our interaction with both the owner Mark and the management company were warm, welcoming and very professional. Their interest in us was very important when planning a quality vacation. We would highly recommend this town house at Coral Cay to anyone who is looking for a very pleasant stay at a home away from home. Again, our thanks, we had a wonderful vacation. My Son has an alergy which was the best it has ever been on holiday which made things alot better for him and us and I think it had alot to do with how pristine the house is. Loved the decor and the furniture, could'nt falt it and wanted to bring the bed home with me so thank's again. Date  26-10-2011 Rating  Name  Louise (Scotland) Message  We arrived at the house around 6pm local time and we were delighted with what we found. Its in Kissimmee in Orlando and at looking at the maps we already knew just how close we were to everything! We were 15 minutes from most major attractions, universal disney etc and ideal for all your shopping outlets and malls! The house is spotless, all very modern and clean and exactly what you need for a break in Florida. Had a lovely outdoor area for some morning sun , bedrooms were tastefully decorated and modern with LCD TVs and DVD players if you fancied a quiet night in. There was a park for kids and a pool and jacuzzi which were immaculately kept. We felt very safe here and our belonginsg secure and would have no hesitation to recommend this to other friends and family to definitely rent this home. The owner (Mark) could not have been more helpful and was kind enough to give us the inside info on where to go and best roads to use for certain trips! All in all fabulous holiday ( last one before our first baby is due in February!) and hope to return once our family is complete : ) Date  11-08-2011 Rating  Name  Trudy Message  Our stay was wonderful. Mark's townhouse gave us a homely feeling and the kids loved it. I just found out that we are coming back to Orlando in March 2012 for my daughters cheering squad, their marching at disney world, I was so excited. Then I found out you are booked up that week were coming, but next time I will definitely look u up. Date  13-07-2011 Rating  Name  Kenny Rankin Message  My wife and I stayed in Mark's lovely townhouse for 2 weeks over June/July 2011. Mark made every effort to ensure our stay was as comfortable and stress free as it could be and his detailed knowledge of the area and communications proved invaluable. In terms of the villa, the condition was fantastic with the villa in new showroom condition and decorated to the highest standard with every need catered for. The villa is very secure within a gated community plus additional alarm in the house itself. Location wise could not be better, a short drive to Disney and the handy shortcut to the I4 for all the malls and universal along with a 30 second drive to Wal-Mart and the restaurants on the 192 gave the feeling of being in the heart of the action. I would not hesitate to book this condo if we can make it over again next year! Thanks again Mark
