Reviews of Lovely 4 Bedroom Villa, Close to Disney Parks (5172) Date  10-08-2015 Rating  Name  Bryan - August 2015 Message  Our large family of 4 adults and 3 children thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Dream House which we found to be exceptionally spacious, spotless, comfortable and provided with all the mod cons of a modern american home. Within just few minutes drive is a medium sized supermarket, petrol station, fast food outlets and access to the interstate highway. Orlando airport is 30 minutes by road and the theme parks some 20 minutes away. The children particularly enjoyed the swimming pool with its lilos and woggles. The secure gated location in a quiet community with its outlook over open grasslands is exceptional. Once again thanks for our most memorable stay at the Dream House. Date  05-08-2015 Rating  Name  June 2015 - Mr Taylor Message  Just finished our stay here - a wonderful house and base to see all of what Orlando has to offer. The house is really as good as the photos - everything very clean and tidy. Plenty towels supplied which was great. Air con was super. Kitchen was kitted out really well. Overall very spacious house in nice community and great location. Games room doesn't have air con so is really too hot this time of year to use. In any case the pool table / air hockey table was broken so that solved that problem. Swimming pool is really great - very spacious - larger than appears in photos. Some small things which also mentioned in other reviews - one sliding door missing handle in outside meaning that it was not used / one ring broken on stove. No grill at house. One frustrating thing is that the code for gate we got wasn't correct - not nice when arriving from airport late at night. We eventually did get in thanks to a neighbour. Date  09-09-2014 Rating  Name  Jarding 2014 Message  Hi there The villa was just fine - was one issue on arrival in that the door code provided was not correct so we could not access the home. We had to call the local management company to obtain the correct code, which we eventually got about 30 minutes later. We found the villa clean and everything you would expect to find was available. The pool and spa were very welcoming. The location was ideal for accessing all the local amenities and theme parks etc with the added security of being a gated community. One issue arose which we reported to the management team was regarding the inside door handle from the dining room to the lanai which became very loose and was in danger of dropping off. We decided to stop using that door from that moment and used the other means of getting onto the lanai instead. Other than the door issue everything was fine and very enjoyable. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to others. Many thanks for the use of the villa. Disney was close by and universal, International drive and the Airport were all within a 1/2 hour drive yet it was a quiet and very desirable area. Lots of local amenities within easy reach. From start to finish you have made the process from booking , staying and return of deposit so quick and simple. We have visited Florida on many occasions and stayed at various areas from close to Disney to the Gulf coast states. The location of this villa is superb if you are wanting to visit the many attractions Florida has to offer as well as visiting the Gulf coast. Finding the villa was so easy from the instructions provided as it is located 5 mins off the I 4 .I have stayed in other villas that are for hire with other websites however with some of them once they have your money their interest in you goes. This does not happen with you !The villa itself is magnificent and by far the best we have stayed in over a 14 year period. The pool and pool area was warm all day as it is South facing with nothing but open countryside to look over - fantastic privacy ! We had a varied age group that included 18 year olds , they loved the games room and spent many a late evening having pool and air hocky competitions. All in all the villa catered for everyone and had everything in that is required for a great holiday in Florida. Once again thank you very much . I will recommend this villa to our friends and family who also visit Florida on a regular basis......and we will without doubt be staying in it next year. The pool was great and the pool table in the garage was a nice surprise. The gated community where the house was, was really well maintained and supermarket etc were close. We had a really good time and would thoroughly recommend the house.
