| Message | This Villa is luxerious accommodation with a lot of attention paid to detail.Everything thats needed from a needle to an anchor is available. The property is set in a private tranquil location, convenient to all amenities. It is in excellent condition with much more than the normal facilities. It is spotless, well maintained and secure. We had a fabulous family holiday, thoroughly enjoyed the pool and were sorry to have to leave. This property is highly recommended. | ||||||

Very professional from beginning to end. Always willing to help. The villa itself is superb - our first reaction as we got out of the car was, "Look at that pool!" The area is very quiet and ideal for 'chilling out'. I spent many a morning sitting on the patio with a drink (tea!) watching the sun rise - delightful. Duquesa Marina is great for walking around or going for drinks and an evening meal. Gibraltar is close and well worth a visit for duty free and the apes. Once again Alison thanks very much, we had a great time. Highly recommended. |

Thank you so much again for letting us use the villa. As hoped we had an amazing time! The best part was the villa which was an amazing retreat and very comfortable. It offered much needed R&R, a place to call home for a week, a pool to use whenever we liked and a BBQ which proved invaluable! The house by the way is amazing. The modifications since we last went (railings, furniture) only bettered the experience and further enhanced the character. | Message | Firstly I must start by mentioning how efficient and professional the owners and managers of the villa were. I have booked a lot of villas on the Costa Del Sol and this was by far the best. The villa itself is wonderful, from the furniture both inside and outside to the beautiful clean pool and garden area. The villa also had a lovely large terrace and BBQ area with comfortable seating and beautiful views down to the coast. The walk to the port for us was a 10-15 minute amble but with a brisk walk could be done in about 8 minutes and there was always a taxi back later in the evening if you'd had too much local vino and that was never more than 5 euro. There are some fabulous restaurants and bars in the port with a varying price range and tastes to suit all. I would also recommend a car as taxi prices from the airport and back again can be high, we also used our car for the supemarket runs as we found the shop in the port a little more expensive than the local Mercadona. We used malagacar.com who were extremely competitive and very efficient. The golf course is about a 3 minute drive from the villa and for 2 players and a buggy was approx 90 euro. There were also two half sets of clubs at the villa for our use which was fantastic. We have been to Duquesa on several occasions and will be back again in the future and will definitely book this villa again. | ||||||

what a villa! we have been to a number of villas over the years and can honestly say this was the creme de la creme. The pictures and write up do not do it justice! It was vary clean, well maintained and was furnished to a high standard compared to alot of the villas we've been to. The site managers were excellent - we had a minor problem (caused by ourselves) with the pool. One phone call and they were out to us within 1/2 hour and we were swimming again by the afternoon. Duquesa itself is a cracking place with its many restaurants, bars, and picturesque port. There was somthing for everyones taste and budget. The welcome pack went into great detail about alot of the restaurants giving honest and accurate feedback - it became our bible of where to eat!! I would deffinately recommend the villa to friends and family, and will be looking to re-book for ourselves next year... |
