We had a wonderful time at the Apartment Dearden which we found to be very comfortable and conveniently located next to the Beach. Just a short walk along the promenade where you will find numerous restaurants and tapas bars. A prime location for any budding kite surfers at 'La Spinosa'. The whole area of Los Alcazares was very safe and family friendly.
Kind regards

The well-appointed apartment is in a lovely situation next to the beach. The apartment is well supplied with crockery and cooking utensils and there are easy-to-use instructions for all the appliances. We arrived on a Sunday evening when the nearest supermarket was closed so were very grateful for the generous welcome pack.
The grounds of the apartment block lead on to a promenade by the beach which goes on for several kilometres and is very pleasant to stroll or cycle along. We went for a week in March so some shops were shut, but the kite surfing shop and cafe near the apartment was open every day until late at night and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting there and watching the world go by. A separate part of the development is still unsold which is a pity - but the part where the apartment is is well maintained and secure.
We had six sunny days - warm enough to sunbathe - but the nights were chilly when the sun went down. The sea was too cold to swim in at this time of year.
Los Alcazares and the neighbouring towns are still very Spanish despite the tourist developments and from Los Alcazares it is very easy to drive to Cartagena or Murcia both of which have a lot of history.
Kind regards
Shirley

We had a super holiday even though there was a musical festival
blasting for 3 nights and our car broke down on the way the airport.
My son's and family apartment was fabulous and Dearden was very nice
however we did find it very difficult to locate the keypad in the
dark.
