Hi Linda, We had a fabulous holiday at your villa , thanks, it is one of the nicest villas we have stayed at in the Orlando area, we go to Clearwater when staying so it is well located to get on the 4. The only thing I would mention to you is that the beds around the pool are getting ruined as people are leaving them out in the rain and they are not looking their best. we put them under the cover and they soon dried out, might be worth adding it to the book kept in the villa. Do you have any properties in the Clearwater beach areas as we were thinking of staying there next year |

Dear Linda Thank you so much for organising the rental of Villa Toscana for us. You were incredibly helpful and lovely to liaise with whilst we were organising our trip to florida. The villa was everything we wanted very comfortable, homely, clean and above all ideally placed for all of the parks and supermarkets. The agents in Florida were responsive and very accommodating. Our trip to Florida was very special and I would not hesitate to recommend yourself and villa Toscana to anyone, infact I already have to a number of friends!! Many Thanks Penny Cason |

Hi Linda We had a fantastic time thanks, although very tiring! "The villa was lovely, very spacious and very well equiped. We had to contact the managment company whilst we were there, who sent a representative very promptly - very helpful. It is in a perfect location for all the parks and close to restaurants and supermarkets. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone for a holiday." |

August 2007 - Florida - Villa Toscana August 2007 Beautiful house, lovely and very convenient location. Disney theme parks 20-30 mins away - if you know America you will appreciate this is a bit like next door! Quiet area, we relaxed around the pool often - I think they call it being on holiday! Publix within 5 minutes on US27 East then US192, Wall Mart on US 27 East. Lots and lots of restaurants all down US192. Shops everywhere! August 2008 - Florida - Villa Toscana Hi Linda, Got my deposit in the post today. Thank you for the prompt return. The villa Toscana is a lovely house and a great size. It was tastefully furnished and felt a bit special compared to other villas I have stayed in. I appreciated the pool area as you are not facing onto other villas. I think the villa could have done with a DVD player to compliment the big TV in the lounge and the Play Station was difficult to work out as there was no games or memory card. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay there and would recommend to others. Kind Regards. Audrey PS We got hit by Tropical Storm Fay but it was just rain & wind for a few days, no flooding or anything. |
