It really did feel like home rom home. We were very sad to leave especially as the kids love the pools and the kids channel on tv. Please find enclosed the keys returned and you will find there is an extra key (to the block main door) which Mustafa gave me on arrival and I forgot to give it back. Also one of your towels got packed by mistake, which I have also returned. Unfortunately one of your tall glasses got broken, but I did replace it with a similar one but not identical. I do apologise for this. Finally thanks once again for making us have a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. The Manning apartment is superb, everything we needed was catered for, just felt like a real "home from home". The location is great, within easy walking distance of the best beach in the area. I loved relaxing by the pool, with a bar and restaurant next to me. Altinkum itself is an excellent resort, had a great time in all the bars. All in all, the best holiday I have had in years. Thank you so much for letting us rent your wonderful place. The rooms are very spacious and you have everything you could possibly need. The apartment is in an ideal postion on the complex, on the ground floor with a lovely picturesque garden view, with the added advantage of being able to see the pool, which is great if you've got kids because you can then keep an eye on them. The pool area is superb, as there is plenty of room around the three pools (which the children loved). The restaurant and bar by the pool side were excellent, with staff to match. I just wish I'd stayed for longer, but I'll have to wait till next year. Thanks again. It is ideally located and the apartments are spacious and well presented. All the staff are great and will help you out with anything. There was no problems with picking up or dropping off the keys Linda was there to meet us on arrival. Date  24-12-2008 Rating  Name  Jean Message  August 2006 - Turkey - Dolphin Residence 1 - Apartment French Hi Linda (French Apartment - Dolphin 1 - April 2006) I would just like to say thanks for everything, you was very helpful when I first queried about the apartment saying that work was being carried out in the pool, (which didn't make any difference to us). Any questions I Emailed and asked, you Emailed me straight back with the answers (sometimes within minutes) nothing was too much trouble. On arrival we found the apartment spotless, there was milk, juice and water in the fridge (thank you) so we didn't have to go straight to the shop before we could have a drink. (I did of course make sure these were put back and left for the next customers) fresh towels were laid on the beds and in the bathroom. The apartment is brilliant and very comfortable with all the Ikea furniture, having a fridge freezer and oven was brilliant because my vegetarian daughter doesn't like very much Turkish food so it meant I could go to Gima (supermarket) and keep some frozen food in. you have thought of everything. The washing machine, the candles, the wine glasses everything was just so perfect, just like home from home. If we need a place to stay in Altinkum again you will definitely be hearing from me. The Keys should be with you when you get back plus an extra key we were given for the main access door. We noticed that the apartment above yours is for sale and would be interested in knowing what sort of return we could expect if we were to ask you to rent it out for us. We have also contacted Dolphin ref the next development IV but have hod no response to date. We will keep in touch as we may need your advice if we decide to proceed with a purchase. I can't thank you enough for your help and prompt e-mails, you really helped to smooth the organising of our holiday. The apartment was smashing, all we expected and more. The complex was very quiet and relaxing, around the pool in the day and lovely for meals in the evening. I can definitely say that the food and the friendly staff were the best in Altinkum. The apartment is definitely in a prime spot, 10 min. walk from all of the beaches and the promenade/restaurants, absolutely excellent. We can't remember when we enjoyed a holiday so much ! I was also very pleasantly surprised at how friendly the local Turkish people are, absolutely first class. It was our first visit to Al Tinkum/Turkey, definitely the first of many! The apartment is really comfortable- plenty of room, clean and tidy, the residence facilities and the swimming pool are very good, breakfast at the restaurant was superb. Everyone was friendly, we can thoroughly recommend it.
