This apartment is located in a pedestrian zone, just 5 minutes away on foot from Florence’s most famous symbol, the Piazza del Duomo. Equally close is the Uffizi, Italy’s greatest art gallery; Piazza della Signoria and Palazzo Vecchio, with so many of the world’s most famous statues and frescoes; and the oldest surviving bridge in Florence, the Ponte Vecchio, with its panoramic views. Orsanmichele, the ancient church, is also within easy walking distance, as is the abbey church, Badia Fiorentina. A little bit farther out is the gothic church of Santa Croce. There are elegant and smart shops nearby, where the famous fashion houses display their world-renowned wares. The entry is into a large lounge room with mezzanine. The lower level contains a carved sofa and two matching arm-chairs, sat TV, DVD player, telephone. Stylish florentine floor-to-ceiling drapes, cover an immense window. An open wooden staircase, leads up to the semi-circular mezzanine level, furnished with a sofa and a writing table. Beneath the mezzanine, the large wooden dining table, decorated benches, and chairs for 10 people.
A nice corridor brings into 2 Bedrooms with a 160 cm queen-size bed, TV, and a staircase leading up to a mezzanine level with a wardrobe and a sofa.
