A paradise in town
In the middle of flowers and garden, an amazing view and a wonderful peace, a little paradise, really close, walking to the center and to all kind of shops, walk boulevard CESSOLE and Gambetta, in a very nice part of nice, close to the typical market Liberation, 5 minutes to take the tram (few minutes of tram to massena), 5 min walking to 'trains de Provence', 10 mn to promenade, Negresco, sea, by bus or tram. Ground floor of very quiet house. Independent entrance for you, a large bright room for 2 or 3 people , overlooking a garden. Beautiful terrace to eat outside, very close to the center, you can do all without a car, but seems to be in countryside. No noise, very nice panoramic view of the city and the sea.
