perfect house to spend your summer holidays.. only 5 minute by car to a sea place, 15 minutes to the beach. in a quiet village, 32 km from Palermo the main city of sicily.
from here you can easily visit all the north coast of the sicily!

3 bedrooms, and 2 sofa bed, that's mean than 7 people can sleep inside. the house is in a residence, with a common swimming pool.

two bathrooms, kitchen, a big garden, with a corner in which you can do your barbecue.

I'll be available to help and support my visitors during their stay, for all kind of information (touristic, about the house..)

It's a nice village at 35km to Palermo. Here you can find all kind of restaurant and bar.

If you will have your own car it will be perfect for you to visit other places as:Palermo, Trapani, Riserva dello Zingaro, Scopello.. and more.
