The villa is spacious and fully air-conditioned and sleeps up to 8 people. It is furnished to a high standard in a traditional Florida style, light and bright. There are 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites (one king and one queen) and 2 twin bedrooms which share a further bathroom. Both master suites have their own TV / DVD.

There are 2 separate lounge areas one of which features a 40 inch TV, DVD and CD. TV's in the villa receive numerous channels including NBC Sports which shows English premiership football. The other lounge provides a restful spot merely to relax, this room also serves as a dining room for those more formal dining occasions if required. A large fully equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher provides a more casual dining area. A separate utility room with washer and dryer completes the accommodation.

We have sought to provide every conceivable extra including toys, books, games, pool toys, beach accessories, CD's and DVD's to help you enjoy your vacation. All towels including beach towels and bed linen are included. We have four adult bikes and a gas BBQ. Free Telephone Calls throughout the United States and Canada.

If you have babies, high chairs and cribs can be hired at a nominal cost and be in place in the villa when you arrive

The pool area is fully equipped with sunbeds, a large table and 8 chairs for alfresco dining, it looks out down the meandering canal and the nature reserve, it should be noted there are no further properties to the right of the villa, you do not feel as though you are diving into next doors swimming pool which adds to the privacy. Being close to the nature reserve ensures a variety of birds including, eagles, egrets and herons, regularly fly overhead. We have even had bobcats walking across our back garden, it was amazing I nearly dropped my coffee !!!!

We have a Gas BBQ and 4 bikes if you feel like some exercise.

Rotonda is close to fantastic beaches, golf courses, shopping malls and a variety of wildlife. There are a good selection of restaurants catering for all tastes in this area.

Golf is on the doorstep, you can walk to the clubhouse at Long Marsh Golf Club in one direction in less than 10 minutes and even be on the new 9 holes of the course itself in 5 minutes.

With stunning beaches, fantastic wildlife, golf, and an array of attractions nearby, surrounded by numerous restaurants and excellent shopping opportunities, our villa is ideally situated to enjoy all this area has to offer.

Rates start at �695 per week and depend on party size and season and include Free Telephone Calls throughout the United States and Canada, all Florida Taxes (12 %) and end of stay Clean. We do ask for a �150 Security deposit with the balance of payment, this is refunded on your return home.

Electric pool heat is available for a further �65 / a week if required, recommended November to April.
