La Coume Gite in the superb nature close to Pyrenees

La Coume is a comfortable and cosy Gite in the foothills of the Pyrenees, close to the lake Lac de Montbel and in the middle of Cathar country with all its castles, medieval cities and villages.

All around you find many wild orchids flowering May/June.
Ofcourse great for walking too !
There is abundant wild life and bird life and the area is ideal for those who love the outdoors.

The 2 french doors lead out to one of the 3 terraces, with a garden of 2400 m2, so you can always find a place in the shade or the sun.
You also have use of the owners� small pool.

Well equipped kitchen, bedroom with double 1.60 bed and modern bathroom with shower and toilet.

2 sets of outdoor furniture, 2 sunbeds, parasol and BBQ for a pleasant time in the garden.
A private parking place.

Close to medieval places like Mirepoix, Foix, the Montsegur, the Cite de Carcassonne. etc.

A beach at Lac de Montbel with water sport possibilities.

And in winter, spring de nearest ski station is within an hours drive. Ski hire shops are available.

A combination of walking, skiing, culture and being lazy can be nice!
