This beautiful, unique villa sits on the top of the urbanization Finca la Judia's hill with stunning panoramic views of the La Concha mountain, Marbella coastline and the sea.

The terraces are huge and beautifully decorated, perfect for entertaining and dining al fresco next to the 14 metre walk-in pool and heated jacuzzi. The garden and terraces are truly unique to this villa with a beautiful rose garden and mature, exotic plants throughout. Enjoy the hot summer sun by the pool or relax in the shade on the Morrocan-style daybed on the terrace.

Inside, the villa boasts spacious, luxurious bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. The living room includes a Plasma screen TV and iPod dock, with French doors leading outside to the terrace and huge ceiling to floor windows, allowing you to enjoy the villa's fantastic views from the living room and the raised dining area. The kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, such as a Tassimo coffee and hot beverages machine, an induction stove etc. Next to the kitchen is the charming breakfast room with views of the valley next to the villa through the arched windows. Upstairs, the two double bedrooms benefit from having two balconies (perfect for catching the sun) with the breathtaking views; and a seperate breakfast area with it's own sink, stove and kettle.

As the villa is the last one at the top of the hill, there is plenty of space for free, private parking of up to 7 cars, although a car is not necessary as the villa is walking distance to all amenities. Mercadona, the supermarket is a 15 minute walk away and Opencor, the open-all-hours minimarket is a quick 7-10 minute walk down the hill. Iceland is also easily reached on the way to Puerto Banus (a 10 minute walk). Apart from the Puerto Banus bars, clubs and restaurants, the villa is also very close to Aloha Gardens, which has many popular restaurants and cafes to offer. Aloha golf course is a quick 15-20 minute walk from the villa as is Dama de Noche golf course. There is also a new paintballing centre a 8-10 minute walk away from the villa.
