Bedroom 2 has twin beds but can be used as a double as we have a spare double bed mattress under the kingsize bed. There is a small terrace with table and chairs off the lounge and stairs to a roof fop terrace with sun loungers and table and chairs.
There is also a small separate laundry room which houses the boiler and washing machine. The kitchen is kitted out with everything you could need.
Los Palacios is a short 6/7 kilometres to Guardamar Beach. Spanish bars and restaurants are within a few minutes walking distance. At the weekend Palacios comes to life after midnight for the youngsters who can party till the next day. However you don't need to worry about noise though, the apartment is just far enough that you don't hear any. Benimar urbanisation with plenty of bars and restaurants is a 10 minute walk. La Marquesa in Cuidad Quesada is less than a 10 min drive away. Please note that the communal pool at the end of the road (2 mins walk) is run by the council and only opens during the Spanish 11 week summer holidays. There's a larger pool in Formentera, an Aqua park a few mins drive away in Quesada, and free pool at Quesada Country Club, again just a few mins drive.
