The design and interior décor are to a high standard with all home comforts. The large living room has a corner fireplace and patio doors in the lounge area open directly on to the shared swimming pool. The lounge area is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, music system and comfortable seating for 4. The dining area has a table and seating for 6 and a terrace. The separate kitchen with a terrace is fully equipped and has cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a double bed whilst the second bedroom has twin beds. The bathroom has bath, toilet, bidet and shower facilities.

The situation of the apartment allows easy access to all amenities on the resort, being located next to the championship tennis courts and 10 minutes by foot from the Clubhouse and driving range and 15 minutes from the beach and the hotel. There is parking adjacent to the apartment and all resort amenities are easily reached by car within a few minutes.

Rental notes

Discount for 2 or more weeks’ rental and for repeat bookings.
Preferred arrival and departures are on Saturdays however, we will endeavour to fit in with your preferred dates, especially for holidays out of high season.
Minimum 3 nights rental (7 nights in high season) - contact owner for pricing.
Rental rates include:
Gas, Electricity, linen, towels (internal use only), once weekly maid service.
As Gas is expensive in Portugal, low season occupancy will incur an additional charge based on actual gas used during the stay.
On weekly lets, towels are changed in the middle of the stay.
Further maid service can be arranged at additional cost.
High chair and cot can be provided for a small additional charge.
Booking deposit - 25%
Balance to be paid - 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable security deposit - 100GBP
