SUNVIEW VILLA is a large 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with a great feeling of space through out. The pool and spa backs onto conservation area and is great after a long day at the Parks or golf course as it has the sun on it all day. The villa has a great games room with a pool table, Football table, air hockey, Darts and 5 bikes that you can use plus a few golf clubs. There is Air Condition in all rooms with ceiling fans. Our lovely home is kept to a very high standard and is updated every year Highlands Reserve is a quiet community but is only a short distance from the local Publix/supermarket and a few eating places. 15 Mins from Disney and the parks.
