This villa has several living rooms with side skylight ceiling, nice sofas and furniture. The dining room seats 10 and there is a stereo system that you can listen to in the house and around the pool area. All windows have screens.
A nice terrace overlooking the fairway of hole No. 5 of Romana Country Club golf course, furnished with chairs and a table that seats 7. The outdoor area is comfortably furnished which invites you to enjoy starlit nights, a BBQ, swimming pool and Jacuzzi.
A comfortable family room with ceiling fan, air conditioning, 36” flat screen LCD TV with surround system, DVD player, cable TV and a bathroom.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, large closet. Three bedrooms with 2 full size beds each. All bedrooms are well furnished, air conditioned, Flat TV, with ceiling fans and private bathrooms with hot water and hair dryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, mixer, blender, coffee maker, china and silverware. The laundry area has washer, dryer and two maid’s bedrooms.
The maid cleans the house and is a great cook with well proven recipes. We could also provide waiter at additional charge.
