Market and restaurant are 5 minutes walk. There are 2 bicycles that you can use. Piazza San Marco is 50 minutes by bus + waterbus. The flat is available from 02 of Jenuary to 06 of March 2014, weekly or mounthly rental are possible.
Special rates from 25 of July to 25 of August 2013 (2500 euro monthly is not possible to separate the weeks).
