fantastic new build 3 bed 3 bath villa .on a gated complex in landscaped gardens .fully airconditioned .. a large swimming pool.and small childrens pool.surrounded by free sunbeds,& arcades for shade, a cafe /bar area.that incorperates a well equipped gym&sauna. above the cafe is a terrace.with spectacular views of the taurus mountains,,with tables&chairs ideal for a relaxing drink or a barbeque. there is a floodlit tennis court .a childrens play area..table tennis & darts available.
the villa is set over 3 floors each floor with its own balcony..the top floor has a double bedroom.an adjoining bathroom with a jacuuzi bath..the middle floor has a twin & a double bedroom.with an en suite bathroom..the ground floor has a seperate kitchen with a dishwasher/washing machine..oven/hob full size fridge. toaster etc..it also has a water filter machine makes water safe to drink straight from the tap.. a large lounge with a dining area. that seats 6 people. the balcony leading out of the dining area overlooks the patio & large private garden with comfortable chairs & sunshade & barbeque
we have a flatscreen tv with some satelite channels..a dvd player with a selection of dvds.assorted board games...tennis raquets are there for your use & there are a selection of books to read
the beach is a 10 min walk away,a free bus is available they also have turkish nights ..barbeques etc 2 or 3 nights a week. antique side is a 15 min drive an excellent bus service runs every 10 min during the season.and runs till approx 1 am local shopping is 5 min away..restaurants 10 min , some of the best restaurants are to be found overlooking the harbour in antique side.a little more expensive,but the sunset is spectacular..
most of antalyas attractions can be reached within 45 min . aspendos roman theatre holds an annual festival a must to see. white water rafting in kopra canyon national park .championship golf courses are 20 min drive away
aquarius is a beautiful family friendly relaxing complex with loads of space..within easy reach of all that side has to offer.
thomas cook/monarch /thompsons.&easyjet,do flights from england to antalya airport trnsfers can be arranged..or we can recommend car hire .
all bedding/towels etc are provided.there is a washing machine for your use,, the villa will be cleaned when you leave.,if you require extra cleaning during your stay we can arrange,, prices on request.
