Rental notes

Guests will be required to sign a standard rental agreement which will be provided at the time of booking. The agreement and all payments will be required before the guests can commence their stay.
A 20% deposit will be needed to secure the booking, with the balance paid 2 months prior to arrival. In addition, a breakages deposit of �250 will be required, which will be refunded within 7 days of departure, subject to there being no damage or theft to property.
