Large upgraded 4-Bed Family Villa - a must see!

Welcome to our lovely family 4-bed roomed Regal Palms home (free WiFi available to all guests who stay with us). You can completely relax and enjoy everything our home and the resort has to offer you; full use of all the resort facilities including the tropical swimming pool complex with water slide, lazy river, 2 heated pools zero entry pool for children), hot outdoor spa and ample sun loungers and eating areas.

The Clubhouse itself (which has a 24-hour front desk & reception area & internet facilities) has a fully seated restaurant and bar and several large flat screen TV’s and a games room that children just love - well ours anyway! Located right beside the Clubhouse is the Fitness lounge where you can enjoy a workout, a sauna, or jacuzzi before popping into the Beauty Salon to treat yourself to one of the many treatments on offer. Or perhaps you would prefer a relaxing round of golf at the renowned Highlands Reserve 18 hole, par 72 golf course located just across the road. For your convenience and those household essentials a large Publix supermarket is located just a 1-minute drive up the street from the resort.

Location really couldn’t be any better - the various parks are approximately a 20-minute drive away so you feel far enough away from the hustle and bustle to relax but close enough to enjoy all they have to offer!

Rental notes

Usually a minimum stay of 3 nights applies, however, please contact us if you require anything less as we may be able to accommodate you! A cleaning fee of $75 is applied to all stays. The resort charges a daily resort fee of $10 for use of all the resort facliities that is payable directly to the resort upon check in.
