Our villa is located near Disney at the wonderful, 24 hour gated Lake Berkley Resort in Kissimmee and is a beautiful 5 bedroom 3 bathroom villa (sleeps 10) with a south facing pool.

The villa is recently upgraded. There is a 42'flat screen TV with HD cable, a PlayStation 3 for the kids, free wireless Internet, a new BBQ at the pool side, table tennis and more. Every bedroom has his own TV. There is a game room with table tennis.
