Villa Someday can accommodate up to 8 adults in its 3 en-suite bedrooms plus a cinema room which can be easily converted into a bedroom with double bed. Plenty of living spaces both indoor and outdoor allow flexible lounging and relaxing choices. All bedrooms and the cinema room are located on the upper floor.

There is a state-of-the-art Sonos networked audio and video entertainment system allowing you to play your own choice of music or movie from each part of the house, even under the swimming pool water. There are 32" LCD TV in each bedroom, 46" LCD TV in the living room, and 56" LCD TV in the cinema room. On the rooftop there is a fully equipped 200 square meter party area.

* Food (Lunch & Dinner) will be arranged on up on request with menu, original cost of food plus 20% coordinate fee will be charged.

* Security Deposit of USD1000 is required on the date of arrival and will be returned to client upon check-out date after staff walk-through.

* Term of payment; to confirm the booking we required 50% of rental on booking, balance to be paid 1 month prior to arrival date of rental (2 months for peak season).
