This Luxury, large 5 bedroom villa is built on a small exclusive development, with a secluded private pool that overlooks stunning conservation woodland.

It is a new property decorated and furnished to highest standards.

The property is fully air-conditioned and our local management company is on call for help and advice. High speed wireless internet access is provided and all guests enjoy free local telephone calls. The property has a monitored alarm system and cable TV, also pool access is alarmed to protect the little ones.

Master bedroom 1 is located downstairs complete with its own 32" LCD TV, ideal for grandparents or those with limited mobility.
A light weight stroller is available for toddlers. Highchair is available on request from the management company.
Two bicycles are available for guest use, one mens one ladies.

Situated on a oversized lot, this villa boasts the privacy expected of a villa of this size. The large rear garden backs on to stunning conservation woodland that is home to many varieties of bird life including an American bald eagle.
So while relaxing around the pool or spa, or having that al-fresco dinner keep an eye out.
