Florida Family Villa
We have owned our beautiful villa in Highgate Park now for 4 years. At first we rented in Highgate Park for our family holidays and enjoyed it so much that we thought if would be great to own one ot the gorgeous villas ourselves.
This fantastic Family Villa was one of the first villas we looked at and fell in love with it as soon as we saw it. With Highgate Park being a Gated Community, its large south facing pool giving you Florida sun all day long and just 10 miles to Disney, it was the perfect place for us.
We look forward now to spending our family holidays in our own 'Florida Villa' as I'm sure you will too.

SWIMMING POOL
The South facing pool is fully screened, the perfect place to chill-out and relax after a long tiring day at the parks!
If the sun gets to hot there is a large lanai with ceiling fan, great for the warm evenings. There is also an extended deck area with pool funiture and arrangements can be made to have the pool heated during the cooler months.
MASTER SUITE
You can wake up in the morning in this spacious room, open the patio doors and go for a quick dip in the pool, then take a shower in the large en-suite bathroom.
The en-suite has his and her hand basins, large walk-in shower, corner bath and separate toilet. The bedroom has a king size bed, large walk-in closet, cable TV and radio alarm clock.
BEDROOM 2
This again has a king size bed, cable TV, radio and lots of storage space. The family bathroom is just adjacent to the room.
BEDROOMS 3 AND 4
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both twin rooms and share a 'Jack & Jill' bathroom. They both have lots of storage space and cable TV's.
GAMES ROOM
Hours of fun and entertainment can be had in the games room which has a pool table, air hockey and darts board. There are a selection of inflatables to use in the pool.
LOCAL AMENITIES
Disney World Theme Parks - only 15 minutes away.
Many golf courses nearby.
Local supermarket with Doctors, Pharmacy, Post Office, Banks and all that you require for your family during your stay - 5 minutes away.
Various Pizza + other home deliveries nearby for a night in to relax.
Numerous Restaurants with and without live entertainment.
Wal-mart SUPERSTORE 5 minutes away with everything you can imagine, and more.

We had previously had a villa on the same complex through Thomson Holidays and searched for a private booking to return to the same location. Such friendly owner, very pleasant to deal with before hand. The villa is perfectly placed for all theme parks and just far enough away to not be part of th bustle one \'relaxing\' days. Loads of space, everything you could possibley need + washer and drier so only pack half the clothes! Lovely comfy beds, plenty of towels (+ pool towels too). Pool lovely and warm, infact too warm once the heat wave struck and we tried to cool down (typical).Small supermarket / shop 2-3 minutes drive. Massive supermarket 5-10 minutes drive. Masses of places to eat within 10 minutes and take away that deliver.We love it, our kids love it (age 11 & 7), our friends who came to stay loved it + we are just trying to work out the dayes to return. I imagine we will be going back time and time again.Thanks Liz for your house making our holiday so relaxed

First Impressions WOW!! Superb.
