BEAUTIFUL DISNEY VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL

The fully alarmed villa is newly furnished and includes flat screen TVs in the family room and all the bedrooms PLUS free Wi-Fi. It is located in the small gated Vistapark Resort with its own ON SITE MANAGEMENT COMPANY and Reception Centre with SECURITY for that extra peace of mind and from which maintenance and housekeeping staff provide a high quality service. There will always be someone available for check in/out or assistance whatever the time. The Resort is situated just off the US Highway 27, 1 mile south of the junction with the US Highway 192 and is a very easy 15 minute drive to the Disney attractions. Nestled amongst orange groves of the central Florida highlands, it is the perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of theme parks and shopping malls!

The villa has been beautifully furnished to a high standard with comfort in mind. There is a queen bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower downstairs. The remaining 4 bedrooms are situated upstairs: 2 master queen bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathroom and walk in shower and 2 further twin-bedded rooms and another bathroom.

The kitchen is very well equipped and has corian worktops, a US style fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher and a breakfast area. There is also an attractive formal dining area overlooking the pool. The Living Room has a large flat screen TV and Hi-fi with ample DVDs and CDs. There is a Playstation 3 and games for the kids and a FREE crib and highchair for little ones. An additional crib and high chair is available on request.

There is a Laundry area in the garage with a large washing machine, separate tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

You can relax on a sun lounger outside on the fully screened pool deck and lanai, enjoy a swim in the pool, or just enjoy an outdoor meal cooked on the electric barbeque/grill with family and friends. In the evening, after a busy day at the theme parks and malls, relax around the illuminated pool with a glass of wine, in the peaceful surroundings of the resort.

Vistapark Resort is the perfect location from which to visit all the major theme parks and tourist attractions. It is only half an hour away from Orlando International Airport and only a 5 minute drive to restaurants and supermarkets and approx. 1 hour's drive to the Atlantic Ocean or the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. There are many superb golf courses the nearest being only 10 minutes drive away at Champions Gate. There is quite literally 'something for everyone'!!
