Huntspill Villa is a large detached house in West Huntspill, Somerset, with 7 bedrooms which sleep 16 people in total.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 have a double and single bed.
Bedroom 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 have double beds.
All bedrooms feature coffee making facilities, TV, alarm clock radio (UK terrestrial T.V only), and large wardrobe. En-suite bathrooms with bath/shower, wash basin and wc.
Kitchen area features a cooker, freezer and microwave. Washing machine and dryer are also available for residents.
Our TV lounge has a 32 inch Sky/Freeview TV, along with a music centre. Guests dining room features a large boardroom sytle table suitable for large meals. Our main lounge has a 42 inch Sky/Freeview TV and music centre. Our house has a Wireless Internet connection - most parts have fair to good reception.
Table in resident's lounge seats 16 people, while the table in our Guests dinning room also has an identical seating capacity.
All sleeping areas located upstairs, via a flight of stairs. Small garden area with benches, chairs, fishpond and BBQ area. Highbridge is situated approx 3 miles from the village has shops and several restaurants.
This house is well situated to reach all the main local attractions, with many features of interest being only a ahort drive away. We are only 3km from Burnham beach and only a short distance from the coast (most notably the Bridgwater Bay Nature Reserve).
In regard to transport links, Lulsgate airport nr. Bristol is under 1 hour's drive away. The M5 is accessible via a 15 minute drive in either direction along the A38 (situated directly adjacent to the house).Due to our house's rural aspect use of a car is strongly recommended.
