This villa has its own private Swimmimg Pool . When the sun gets too much, for those guests wanting some shade there is a large covered Lanai . With ample Patio Furniture as well as a plush 4-seater dining table, the lanai also provides a nice area to eat meals al fresco or to sit and relax with an evening drink and watch the sun set. . For the safety of children the outside deck area is equipped with a Pool Guard .

The fully equipped Kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer/icemaker,waste-disposal unit and double sink will more than cater for all your needs.

The garage has been carpeted, and is used as a games room. A full size American pool table,Table Tennis Table, table football, Air Hockey, dart board CD player, games table and chairs have been added.
Villa Management
The villa is maintained and managed by a local company, a representative of which will be available at all times for advice or assistance. They can be contacted by telephone from the Villa.
Shopping - a “Publix” supermarket, pharmacy, Italian, Chinese, McDonalds and Chilli’s restaurants are 3 minutes drive from the villa.
