Or, just rest up between visits to the theme parks, golf courses, shopping malls and the most wonderful variety of restaurants imaginable, all within 25 minutes. (We are located 2 Minutes from Osceola Parkway, the main route leading to Disney and major shopping). Cocoa beach is just an hour away.
This exceptional villa is equipped to a high standard not just for our guests, it is fitted out for us, (It is not a typical rental property it is our Florida home), we spend 6 months there each year. So as you can appreciate it has all mod cons. Is very comfortable and most needs are catered for. There are four double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite), lounge/dining room, family room, breakfast area, separate utility room (washer / drier) and a modern kitchen with everything.
The bedrooms comprise two queen, one full and two single beds, (very comfortable),Baby cots and chairs can be rented. For your entertainment, there are five TV’s, 2 DVDs (0ne a BlueRay) Hifi,WiFi and, to ensure your every convenience a full supply of linens, hairdryers, phone (calls free within the USA & Canada) iron and ironing board.
Patio doors lead off the lounge and master bedroom to the large pool (15feet x 30 feet). The pool can be heated on request. The deck is equipped with sun beds, chairs and tables. Backing on to a conservation area you are ensured of privacy and a quiet relaxing time with lots of SUN.

The villa is located at Cypress Lakes, Kissimmee, Florida, USA. (15 minutes from Orlando International Airport THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT, many rental villas are now located as much as another 50 minutes away to the west of Orlando and when you first arrive, tired and Jet lagged it is easy to get lost as you try to navigate your way, often in the dark.). It will comfortably sleep up to 8 people in four bedrooms and has two bathrooms. The swimming pool is private to the villa.
