Our brand new 5 bedroom executive Florida Villa completed in September 2008 with luxury pool and spa overlooking a farm and field located in the Community of Sandy Ridge close to Reunion.

Sandy Ridge is a tranquil community surrounded by conservation woodland and only a 10 minute drive from the Disney theme parks and all the other major attractions.

Champions Gate which boasts two golf courses designed by Greg Norman is a 5 minute drive away.

The Lounge area has a large sofa, 32" cable TV, DVD, formal dining area. It has a high vaulted ceiling complete with fan, large sliding doors to patio area with patio table chairs and sun loungers.
