Traditional village house in Mecina Bombaron
The house is located on the top of the village, enjoying from the terrace some very fine views; and just a minute walk from the house you have a choice of foot paths going up or down the sierra, including the GR 7 hinking route.
There is in the village a few bars, restaurants and shops, as well as a municipal swimming pool which is open in summer.
Mecina Bombaron is an hour and a half drive from Granada or Almeria and two and a half hours from Malaga.
There are two double bedrooms and two single children's bedrooms (one with an additional pull out bed), plus a fold down double sofa bed on the upper floor. There is also a travel cot and a push chair for younger ones. It can accommodate 6-7 people in comfort. All linen will be provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with microwave, four ring hob, fridge freezer, toaster and all the usual crockery. Automatic washing machine and airer for clothes drying.
The open plan living room has two traditional style wooden sofas and open fire to relax in front of on colder nights. The living room has a tv, dvd and video with a wide selection of children's and older peoples movies. There is also a cd player and selection of cd's, together with books and information about local amenities.
The sun terrace has two main areas which give shade both morning and afternoon; and has a barbecue and an outdoor table sitting 6 people comfortably. It looks out over the mountains and hills and has a number of chairs and lounge's to relax on.
