• Bella Piazza is a new luxury resort in the middle of Berry Town, which means you will be within walking distance of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, banks, and other daily necessities.
• You might be close to Disney World, but there is nothing Mickey-mouse about this resort. It is an elegant condominium resort specially designed for holidaymakers, with the charm of a Mediterranean village. • As standard each condo has separate kitchen, dining, living, sleeping and bathing areas. You will have walk-in closets, a linen closets and a private patio or balcony.
• We have decorated the condos with luxury and your comfort in mind. All bathrooms come with granite vanity countertops and maple wood cabinets, and the master bathroom comes with a garden tub, separate shower and double vanity. In the kitchen, you will find granite countertops, black-on-black appliances, a double bowl stainless steel sink, a large refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a full-size stackable washer/dryer. • You will find Bella Piazza in the middle of Berry Town, at the intersection of Highway 27 and Sand Mine Road.
• You can step out of Orlando International Airport and be in your condo about 30 minutes later. Simply follow the exit sign for 417 South and stay on 417 South until it merges with I-4 West. Then take exit 55 (old 23) and that will bring you onto US27. Once on US27, Bella Piazza is located approx. 5 miles on the left hand side. If you land at Sanford International Airport, your drive will be about an hour.
