Our Florida vacation villa is brand new,built late 2008,it's an executive vacation home with luxury pool and spa/jacuzzi,overlooking a farm and fields, located at Sandy Ridge in Orlando, close to Reunion.
For those who might need it, there's free hi speed Internet connection.
Sandy Ridge is a tranquil community, surrounded by conservation woodland, yet only a 10 min drive from Disney and convenient for all the other major theme parks and attractions.
For golfers, Champions Gate which boasts two golf courses designed by Greg Norman, is less than a 5 min drive away.
The great room is the main part of the home, featuring the living room with 32" cable TV,DVD,formal dining area. It has a high vaulted ceiling, complete with ceiling fan, and sliding doors overlooking the pool and conservation area. The comfortable lounge seating includes a 3 seat sofa and
2 seater.

For those who prefer a bit of shade, the pool has a large lanai (covered porch) with a cooling ceiling fan.
(A safety fence round the pool is also provided for your peace of mind, and for your child's safety. It can easily be removed if not required)
The pool can be heated during the cooler weather.

Just beyond the shopping area is The Omni Resort with 2 golf courses designed by Greg Norman and David Leadbetter.
Even closer to Sandy Ridge, at the junction of the SR532 and the 545 (Old Lake Wilson Rd) by Reunion, is the CVS Pharamacy which stocks all manner of useful items, including trial-size versions of washing powder, shampoo etc.
If you travel up Old Lake Wilson Road to US192 you will find a wealth of other restaurants and shops.
