There's only one place to start, the screened pool deck is south facing with the great view of the lake and conservation area, meaning no rear neighbours to disturb you privacy.

The pool deck is equipped with a range of seating and sun-loungers to ensure your comfort whilst relaxing around the pool and a convenient WC accessed directly from the deck without having to enter the villa.

To ensure the safety of our younger guests the deck also has a newly installed 4 foot high child safety fence allowing the pool to be screened off.

Leading from the deck into the family room, there is a 42" Panasonic Plasma HDTV with HD digital & cable, and a Panasonic Home Theatre system.

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, and a range of appliances, along with all the utensil and crockery needed for your stay.

There's a formal dining table in the nook with six place settings, along with a high chair, and 3 further seats at the breakfast bar.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, tv, ceiling fan and the master ensuite with shower cubicle, garden bath, his & hers vanities and 2 walk in closets.

Leading from the master bedroom via sliding doors is the balcony an ideal place to catch the sunset with a drink or to see the hot air balloons sailing by early in the morning.

There are two further bedrooms on the upper floor, a Harry Potter themed twin and a double, separated by a bathroom, and two more bedrooms on the lower floor, again a twin and a double separated by a bathroom.

The lounge is an ideal place for playing board games with the family, doing jigsaws, or just relaxing,

At the top of the stairs is the loft, where you'll find the playstation2, tv and work desk, with a selection of books and seating.

The games room equipped with a table and seating, cd/stereo, cable TV and newly installed 8 foot slate bed pool table and a foosball table.

The laundry room has a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The villa is fully air conditioned, comes with all linens and towels and hairdryers in the bathrooms.

For our smaller guests there is a travel cot/crib, buggy/stroller, and a high chair, free of charge.
