Our house is placed on the triangle among Florence, Siena and Arezzo, we are in Chianti. The location is really excellent since is central and close to all the major Tuscan & Umbria art cities.
On high Season ( from 26 June to the 28 of August ) change over day is only on Saturday, min.stay 7 nights , during the other periods arrival can be any day, minimum stay three nights.
Our holiday home has been created by the lovingly and painstakingly restoration of a XVIII century estate.The farm is set on a panoramic position on the gentle slopes that descend towards the Arno river
The compound is composed of one cottage (4+2) and 4 apartments: Carpano(3+2),Fontanina(2+3),Soppalco(7+2).
The property is surrounded by large garden,with of 7 x 12 meters swimming pool.
BAITA 77 m2 (4+2)
Luminous stone cottage on two floors with its private garden and equipped terrace. GROUND FLOOR: sitting room with double sofa bed, ,reading lamp, armchairs, coffee table, writing table , large doors windows that open onto the garden, spacious kitchen/dining room with fitted kitchen ,table and chairs. Bathroom with shower. First Floor: access from wooden staircase, double bedroom, twin bedroom. EQUIPMENT: microwave, freezer, electric oven, top stove with 4 fires, kettle, percolator, bread toaster,mini food processor….plenty of everything you may need to feel at home. Candle holders. FONTANINA 73 m2 (2+3)
Raised ground floor apartment with its own private porch, equipped for eating outside. Entrance directly into a spacious sitting/dining room with double sofa bed, table and chairs, reading lamp, coffee table, separate fitted kitchen, large bedroom with double bed and one single bed.Disengagement and bathroom w/shower.
EQUIPMENT: microwave, freezer, electric oven, top stove with 4 fires, kettle, percolator, bread toaster, mini food processor….plenty of everything you may need to feel at home.

Il Carpano 61 m2 (3+2)
Ground floor apartment with entrance directly into a nice sitting/dining room with double sofa bed, table and chairs, on the left three steps lead into a separate fitted kitchen. A door leads from the sitting room into a matrimonial bedroom giving onto a small room with a single bed and onto the bathroom with shower. EQUIPMENT: microwave, freezer, electric oven, top stove with 4 fires, kettle, percolator, bread toaster,mini food processor….plenty of everything you may need to feel at home. Hair Dryer. Private equipped terrace on the garden on the side of the apartment.

SOPPALCO 61 m2 (7+2)
The apartment is on the first floor of the main building, with access from an outside stair and small loggia shared with Il Covo apartment. The entrance is directly into the sitting/dining room with fitted kitchen, the table can seat 8 people, on a side there is a nice comfortable leather sofa and a reading lamp. On the left of the entrance a small passage leads to a double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. A wooden staircase, takes to a very spacious upper room with three single beds, - in this room is possible to add one or two cots and there is still space to move around.

All our units have reserved space in the garden and by the pool.
The quiet hilly panoramic area is only three kilometres from the beautiful medieval Village of Laterina, the lodging enjoys countryside privacy ,close proximity to the attractions and amenities of Arezzo, and it is the ideal base for many excursion in all Central Italy. There are good motorways and rail links with the rest of Tuscany and taking the train you can be in the heart of Florence in about half an hour. Being in the centre of Tuscany you will be able to reach easily, Siena, Cortona,Lake Trasimeno, Perugia...and the shopping lover will find nearby many outlets of the most important Made in Italy fashion brands such as Prada, Gucci, Fendi D&G and many others.
The area is full of nice restaurants, where you can taste the typical Tuscan cuisine.
Supermarket, bank, pharmacy ,food stores, grocery, and a nice restaurant are in Laterina only 2.5 km from the house. More stores and a supermarket are in Levane, Ipermarkets and every kind of stores are in Montevarchi and Arezzo.The train station to go to Florence is 7 km from the house with free parking , all our guests have appreciated very much this facility, since it allows to visit Florence ( even every day ) and come back in the evening and relax in the quiet surrounding of our house.
Open air markets in every small town or villages in the area every day of the week .
The First Saturday and Sunday of each month one of the most important Antiquities Fair is held is Arezzo
