Our lovely old style well equiped spacious apartment set over the second and third floor of the complex with 3 balconies. The panoramic seaview, gardens and pool area can be enjoyed from the kitchen, dining area, lounge, double bedroom and 2 balconies. Inside there is a fully fitted new kitchen. A dining area that seats 6 and and spacious lounge with fan air conditioning and electric radiator. The lounge area has a dvd and freeview tv with large sofa that comfortably sleeps 2 plus further easy chairs, access to upper breakfast balcony equipped with sun brolly table and chairs and marble stairs down to the larger balcony which is equipped with barbecue marble benches and table for alfresco dining. (Just dine and soak up the view on either of these balconies!) Also sun loungers.

Back inside there is a gated stairway down to the bedrooms and hallway with radiator. The double bedroom equipped with kingsize double bed, 2 double fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan air conditioning and a door leading to the large balcony. Bedroom 2 is fitted with 2 single beds double wardrobe and fan air conditioning and a door leading to the covered balcony equipped with table and chairs and the drying rack. The bathroom has bath/shower supplied with instant hot water. toilet, bidet, wash baisin and electric heater.
Within the complex there is a large pool and childrens pool with showers and toilets. Lovely gardens with plenty of sun lougers a very smart bar/snack bar (open between April and November), tennis court set out for football all well fenced and secure and 2 private car parks.
