Luxurious 4 Bed Apartment

Luxurious ground floor apartment set in a peaceful location, just 12 mins from Disney World, 3 mins to Champions Gate golf complex and the I-4. Easy access to all major attractions and the gorgeous beaches on the Gulf and Atlantic coasts. There is a large Publix Supermarket and Pharmacy just 1 mile away.
Furnished to a high specification with free Internet access and cable TV. The interior is beautifully decorated and fully equipped for all your vacation home needs. The exterior offers luxuries only found in top hotels in and around Orlando.

Terrace Ridge is a small gated community situated in a peaceful location, close to a conservation area. Just 12 minutes from Disney and close to all other major attractions. On-site amenities are less than 1 minute walk from the apartment. These include a large heated pool with terrace area and plenty of sun loungers, tables and chairs, jacuzzi, beach volleyball, clubhouse with fully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar, luxury seating with 56 inch plasma TV; as well as a gym and games room with pool table, table football and touch screen games consoles.

At the end of a busy day relax in the jacuzzi or take a refreshing dip in the pool. If you still have energy, enjoy a workout in the gym. Alternatively, sit on your own private patio, overlooking the lawns and enjoy the tranquility.

We own two ground floor apartments just 50 yards apart. The 2 bedroom is 1276 sq ft and sleeps 4/6. The 4 bedroom is 1695 sq ft and sleeps 8/10, providing accommodation for up to 16 guests if required. Both are wheelchair friendly and have ample storage space for strollers, wheelchairs etc.

We love staying at our Florida homes - we’re sure you'll love them too. Our management company is just 10 mins away and their helpful staff will provide any assistance required.

All linen is provided (including towels & pool/beach towels). The apartment/condo is cleaned and linen changed between each rental.

Master has en-suite with twin basins, walk-in double shower, wc, hairdryer. Family has twin basin, wc, hairdryer, bath with shower.
Kitchen:
Fully fitted and well-equipped with cooker, halogen hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal, breakfast bar (2 chairs). Also includes electric coffee-maker, kettle, toaster, blender, can opener, full cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. Safe.
Utility:
Spacious with washer, dryer, iron+board, vacuum cleaner.
Living rooms:
Large, bright, open-plan lounge/dining room (table & 8 chairs), 2 sofas, coffee table, 2 occasional tables, ceiling fan, cable TV/DVD, internet access and phone. Door leading to private patio with outdoor table and 4 chairs overlooking lawns.
