WELCOME TO YOUR DREAM VACATION
Calabay Parc is without doubt one of the most sought after prestigious,attractive,tranquil communities in the Disney area. It offers everything you could possibly wish for, this is the reason my wife and myself chose CP after viewing dozens of other communities.
Calabay Parc is situated on Hwy. 27 which is very convenient for everything from Supermarkets, shops, restaurants,golf, filling stations, banks and much more. The interstate I-4 is 5 mins. from CP and Walt Disney World just 10 mins., once on the I-4.
The villa is furnished to a very comfortable standard and judging from our guests visitors book we are delighted with their comments.

hob,built in microwave, large fridge/freezer and ice maker, waste disposal unit,kithen nook area overlooking pool area. Ample crockery,cutlery,and glasswsre.
POOL/SPA
27ft.X 13ft.pool/spa large covered lanai, ceiling fan, lighting,under water pool lighting, extended deck area,top quality pool furniture, towels provided.Removable childs safety fence entire length of pool/spa. and pool/spa cover.
No rear neighbours and screened with trees and bushes for your total privacy.
BEDROOM 1
Queen size bed, tv/dvd, phone,radio alarm clock, 2 bedside cabinets, dressing table. Sliding door leading to a first class ensuite,his & hers wash basins, Roman tub, large shower, and toilet,walk in closet. Safe.(F.O.C)
BEDROOM 2
Double bed,tv,radio alarm clock,2 bedside cabinets, walk in closet,and chest of drawers/cupboard.
BATHROOM 2
Low bath with shower over,wash basin,and toilet, between bedrooms 2&3.
