When not sightseeing the best way to relax and soak up the glorious Florida sunshine is to lie beside the kidney shaped pool. The luxury of this pool is the perfect peace & privacy, as it is sheltered by shrubs to the sides and swaying palm trees to the front.

When you want to get out of the heat or enjoy a meal under the covered lanai, which has external lighting and a fan should you need it.

Living & Dining Areas:

The main lounge is a bright and spacious area that looks out through the triple patio doors to the pool area. This double storey height room has a cathedral ceiling and gallery. It is luxuriously furnished and decorated with two large leather sofas & a large coffee table.

There is a second lounge area to the front of the house, which also has two leather sofas, a coffee table & two occasional tables.

Master Bedroom \ Master Bathroom:

The Master en-suite is a stunning bedroom with balcony that overlooks the lake. This room, along with all the other upstairs rooms has recently been decorated and enhanced with new carpeting. Furnished with a new luxurious king sized bed, with extra deep mattress the matching oak furniture ads to the decadent feel of this gorgeous retreat.

Leading from the master bedroom are double doors that open up into the enormous en-suite bathroom. This is a joy to behold with twin sinks in the large vanity unit, large screened shower, designer bath and a separate toilet.

Two twin bedrooms are also located upstairs. The second Master Bedroom and a further twin bedroom are located downstairs
