Our Florida vacation villa is a new, executive vacation home with luxury West- facing pool and spa/jacuzzi, located at Sandy Ridge in Orlando, close to Reunion.
For those who might need it, there's free Wi-Fi Internet connection.
Sandy Ridge is a tranquil community, surrounded by conservation woodland, yet only a 10 min drive from Disney and convenient for all the other major theme parks and attractions.
For golfers, Champions Gate which boasts two golf courses designed by Greg Norman, is less than a 5 min drive away.
If you are looking for a vacation villa in Orlando which is close to Disney and all the other parks, yet set in a quiet community with woodland views and bags of privacy, this could be the one for you.
The great room is the heart of the home, featuring the living room with 27" cable TV,DVD,Playstation 2 and the formal dining area. It has a high vaulted ceiling, complete with ceiling fan, and sliding doors overlooking the pool and conservation area. The comfortable lounge seating includes a sofa bed which could accommodate two additional guests if required.

The 30' x 14' private swimming pool and luxury spa/jacuzzi are West-facing.
The extended pool deck offers the chance to relax in the sun all day and late into the evening.
Chill out as you watch the sun go down over the fabulous conservation woodland.
For those who prefer a bit of shade, the pool has a large lanai (covered porch) with a cooling ceiling fan.
(A safety fence round the pool is also provided for your peace of mind, and for your child's safety. It can easily be removed if not required)
The pool can be heated during the cooler weather.

We ask all our guests to observe the No Smoking and No Pets rule that we have for our villa. This is for the benefit of all our guests

Just beyond the shopping area is The Omni Resort with 2 golf courses designed by Greg Norman and David Leadbetter.
Even closer to Sandy Ridge, at the junction of the SR532 and the 545 (Old Lake Wilson Rd) by Reunion, is the CVS Pharamacy which stocks all manner of useful items, including trial-size versions of washing powder, shampoo etc.
If you travel up Old Lake Wilson Road to US192 you will find a wealth of other restaurants and shops.
