This room opens out onto our covered lanai area for alfresco dining anytime day or evening! 2nd Living area (or Den!) comes complete with queen sofa-bed and Playstation 2(+ games), music system and a selection of board games and books for your relaxation. Games Room has professional air- Hockey table and Pool Table.
Bedrooms - 2 bedrooms are ensuite (one has a king sized bed + walk-in closet / One has a queen sized bed ).
We have our disney themed twin bedded room and our Palm Tree twin room that share the master bathroom (complete with shower and bath). We also have the Queen Sofabed in the Den!
Kitchen - this has every appliance you could possibly need from dishwasher to microwave to large fridge/freezer and coffee maker. the adjacent Utility Room has a Large American washer and dryer, Iron + ironing board - even a clothes airer + mop.
We have 2 Dining Areas - The formal Area seats 6 around a beautiful glass and metal scroll table and the Breakfast Nook area with smaller 4 seater table + Breakfast Bar and stools.
Outside - We are very lucky to overlook such a beautiful lake view with wooded conservation area. You can soak up the sun from dawn til dusk on our extended deck area complete with 30" South- Facing Pool / Spa. A BBQ is also provided for your enjoyment. Extra Pool furniture which includes 4 x sun loungers, 2 x recliners and footstools, 4 x upright chairs, dining table and side tables should provide ample seating for everybody.
