This beautiful villa is located within the lovely quiet beach location of Yesilkent, only a few minutes from 2 wonderful beaches with their own local restaurants. An excellent location for a relaxing holiday, with the lively centre of Altinkum only 10 minutes away by bus or taxi.
Set within a small luxury private complex (Aegean Pine), this excellent accommodation has beautiful landscaped gardens, 2 large private shared pools, 2 children’s pools, tennis court, basketball court, children’s play area, mini-market and 24-hour security. The living space throughout is very spacious with lovely décor and is well equipped and furnished to a high standard: excellent for families, couples or friends sharing. All rooms also have remote control air conditioning.
On the ground floor there is a spacious entrance hall with downstairs cloakroom, leading to a fabulous open plan lounge which is contemporary furnished with ample seating and equipped with TV (satellite channels) and DVD. Two double patio doors lead to the sunny veranda which has a good-size dining table (seating 6) and is a wonderful place to eat alfresco with south facing views over the main pool. The kitchen has new cherry wood fittings with marble work surfaces and is equipped with a cooker (gas hob), washing machine, American style fridge/freezer, water bottle, kettle & toaster. An iron & ironing board is also provided for your convenience.
On the first floor you will find 1 large double bedroom with ensuite shower and 1 large twin bedroom with a family size bathroom (shower & Jacuzzi bath). Each bedroom has its own set of double patio doors that open onto the first floor terrace, where you will find a small table & set of chairs to sit and enjoy the views.
On the top floor you will find the master penthouse bedroom with large ensuite shower and direct access to the privately enclosed spacious roof-top terrace with sunloungers: the perfect place to sunbath during the day or relax with a cool drink watching the sun go down in the evening.
