On the first floor is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob there is a sofa and coffee table and French doors leading onto a balcony. The large lounge, also situated on this floor is south facing and has french doors with a Juliette balcony, there is a tv. On the second floor is the master bedroom with ensuite shower room, another double bedroom and a single bedroom, there is also a large bathroom with bath and shower.
There is a south facing decked garden with garden shed containing two good quality bikes, good quality garden furniture and bbq. This is the perfect luxury property for a stay in the Cambridge, providing you with easy access to the centre, but in a peaceful setting. We welcome short breaks with a minimum of 3 nights however there is a charge of £100 pounds for cleaning and all linen and towels.
