The two storey villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and will accomodate up to 8 people in comfort. It is fully
air conditioned and is furnished and decorated to
a high standard with curtains to all windows.

All with the Disney Area just 20 minutes away.
Ground Floor
The entrance porch leads into the large family room with two large sofas, coffee tables and lamps with plenty of attraction leaflets (so you can plan the next days adventures in comfort,with Cable TV and a DVD/CD player to help you to relax and unwind.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster as well as an American sized Fridge/Freezer with Ice Cube maker, an electric oven. All crockery and utensils are provided in the fitted units.
There is a telephone from which all local calls are free and other calls can be paid for by credit card.
The dining nook will seat 6 diners in comfort and offers great views of the pool and beyond. The patio doors lead to the pool deck area.
Also on this floor there is the 2nd Master Bedroom with a Queen sized bed, Cable TV and VCR as well as plenty of storage. There is access to the pool area from this room via the patio doors.
The 3rd bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom.
The utility room has an American sized washer and seperate dryer, with an iron and ironing board supplied. In the adjacent single garage there is a retractable washing line.
The property now has a games area with Air Hocky,Fooseball and a Dart Board
First Floor
The Master bedroom had a King size bed, remote control Cable TV, individual bedside cabinets with lamps and plenty of drawer storage.
The en suite bathroom has a walk in shower, double wash basin, toilet and a large bath. There is also access to a large walk in closet.
There are two further bedrooms on this floor, both having two single beds in each room. One of the bedrooms has a Disney theme for the children. Both have plenty of storage space. Both Bedrooms have cable TV and DVD player.
The 2nd bathroom is situated on the landing between these bedrooms.
Pool Area
The pool area has a floodlit kidney shaped heated pool (heating at a supplement), with pool cover, patio furniture and pool toys.
There is a pool security fence for families with young children.
