La Villa 45 in Alcaidesa is a splendid four bedroom property which enjoys one of the most desirable locations in the region with fine views of the Golf Course and Sea.
This semi-detached property which is fully air conditioned has marble floors and wrought ironwork throughout. It comprises of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, utility room, cloakroom/wc, spacious lounge/dining room with open fire place and leads out onto a large terrace and garden. There is also a good sized study with sofa bed that can be used as a bedroom. On the 1st floor there are three double bedrooms, 1 ensuite with dressing room and a further family bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a small balcony while the master bedroom has a large terrace with spectacular views of the golf course, sea and lighthouse. Our shared swimming pool is just 100 yards away situated in a private garden surrounded by palm trees.
Situated in a quiet residential area within the village of Alcaidesa on the South-West coast of the Costa del Sol. Alcaidesa sits on the edge of a National Park and is the perfect location to visit all year round. It is easily accessible with its own exit from the N340 dual-carriageway at Junction 124. A car is advisable.
Alcaidesa enjoys beautiful Mediterranean views and Playa Alcaidesa, with its sandy beach has been awarded an EU blue flag. The Village square is a short walk away where local amenities include a pharmacy and bar/restaurants. For a small charge you are able to make use of all the facilities of the local hotel. A new commercial centre is near completion.
Alcaidesa is home to the only Links golf course on the Costa del Sol with magnificent views of Gibraltar and Morocco's Atlas Mountains. Lessons and club hire are available. It is an ideal location for golfers and is within easy reach of many other courses such as Valderrama, San Roque, Sotogrande and La Duquesa. There are approximately 40 golf courses between Malaga and Gibraltar making Alcaidesa a perfect base.
Don't think that the children will miss out! We strongly recommend a visit to Bahia Aqua Park in Algeciras which won't break the bank! Selwo Nature & Safari Park can be found on the road to Estepona housing over 2000 animals in the semi-wild. Tivoli Park is a well established funfair and theme park about 50 minutes away in Benalmadena, not forgetting 'Funny Beach' near Marbella where you can lose the children amongst the bouncy castles, trampolines, go-karts, bumper cars, bumper boats and so on.
If you like shopping, as well as going into Gibraltar, you must visit the Sunday markets at Marbella and Sabinillas.
After a day's golf, or a long day duty free shopping in Gibraltar or just a day on the beach you'll enjoy coming back to have a relaxing BBQ and a few drinks on the terrace while the sun sets at La Villa 45.

Whale and dolphin watching cruises are available from Tarifa or Gibraltar.
Trips to Africa: daily ferries are available to Morocco from Algeciras.
Sierra Nevada is 2/3 hours drive away and offers superb skiing.
Horse riding, mountain biking and climbing are all available locally.
Wonderful marinas can be found at Puerto Banus, Sotogrande and Duquesa where you can enjoy water sports or simply experience the ambience of the shops, restaurants and bars.
Or why not take the train from San Roque to the beautiful town of Ronda which sits high above the Tajo gorge.
